Общее описание. Слева вы видите окошко сообщений, справа - пользователей. Окна обновляются автоматически каждые 20 сек. Для того, чтобы отправить сообщение, наберите текст сообщения в окне ввода, отметьте 2-м кликом адресатов в окошке пользователей, при необходимости поставьте галочку "Попросить подтверждения", и нажмите "послать". Текущее сообщение вы можете сохранить (кнопка слева) для последующего его использования кнопкой "открыть". Для того, чтобы подтвердить прочтение пришедшего вам сообщения, дважды щелкните на пиктограмме прямоугольника соответствующего сообщения. В окошке пользователей вы выбираете текущих адресатов 2-м кликом на пиктограмме прямоугольника, и видите, какие пользователи в данный момент работают в системе - пиктограмма "лампочка".
